  • Are your items new or preowned? All our items are personally sourced by our team at designer retailers and outlets all over the country. We are not authorized retailers for any of the brands we carry. All items come with dust bags and the respective authenticity cards that each brand provides.
  • How does the weekly drop work? Our sale goes live every Wednesday on our website. All items will be up for 24 hours and items are available for purchase on a first come first serve basis.
  • How does the VIP membership work? Purchase a subscription and become a VIP member for access to shop 24/7. VIP members shop a curated selection of handbags and accessories, Luxie Club merchandise, additional sales, and more. Also, get exclusive access to sold out site-wide Louis Vuitton handbags and accessories.
  • Can I cancel my VIP membership? All memberships will continue to renew until cancelled. Members will have the option to cancel prior to their next billing date. Memberships will not be refunded. 
  • What forms of payment do you accept? Our payment processor is PayPal. Upon checkout you can pay through your PayPal account or you can check out with your credit/debit card.
  • Customs: If ordering internationally, any custom duties are the responsibility of the consumer.
  • Do I need a PayPal account to checkout? No, you do not. You can checkout on the PayPal platform as a guest using your debit/credit card.

    • Return Policy: All items are final sale. We personally inspect all items prior to shipment.
    • VIP Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your membership at any time, your subscription will last for the remainder you paid for. You will not be refunded but your account will be active until your term expires. 
    • Do you take personal requests? No, but we do welcome suggestions and will take into consideration when stocking inventory.
